Every Summit location runs on one written price book and one install standard — set by the founder, kept by a certified lead installer in every shop, and checked by Victor's unannounced walkarounds. Quote your car in Fremont and book it in Cupertino; the numbers won't move.
The schedule, though, is local — the way it should be. Each shop has its own office manager who owns its board, builds your written quote with their lead installer, and can walk out to the bay and look at your car. Call the shop you want and you're talking to the person who actually runs it.
